For the island of Hawaii:I do travel the entire island. I do try to coordinate several appointments in an area in order to minimize driving time and gasoline on a BIG island. For the spring and summer of 2008: Appointments in Laupahoehoe, Hilo, Kea'au, Volcano, and South Kona are likely to be on a Wednesday or Thursday. Appointments in Waikoloa, Waimea, Kohala, and Honoka'a are likely to be on a Tuesday or a Wednesday. Appointments in Kona are likely to be on a Monday or Friday. Email: sfnakaya@kindredspiritkindredcare.comIf you do not receive a response from me within 3 business days, I probably did not receive your email and I apologize. I have had to activate email filters due to dozens of unsolicited SPAM each day. I do scan through all incoming email, and will probably notice a subject line that reads, "QUESTION ABOUT MY PET." Phone: (808)896-1543This is a cell phone number and I am the sole bearer of the phone. The phone is not on me when I am seeing a patient and there are areas on the island with poor T-mobile coverage, so you may end up leaving a message on my voice mail. I check messages frequently and try to return calls in a timely manner. I do need to pace myself and maintain balance in my own life in order to be an effective care provider. As such, I encourage adherence to standard business hours -- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm -- or at least typical waking hours whenever possible. Messages left after-hours are returned according to urgency and my state of being. |
